A universe of art and emotion

Eclectic Arts Experience was born from a passion for music, culture, and shared emotions. It is a creation of Francesc Benejam, with the essential collaboration of composer Carlota Baldrís, and the support of a wide circle of artists and professionals who believe in the transformative power of art.

At Eclectic, we unite music, dance, gastronomy, and other forms of expression to bring unique and immersive experiences to life, where the senses, emotions, and knowledge meet.

The project also stems from the creative vision of Carlota Baldrís, composer, with the desire to create meeting spaces through music and the arts. Her experience and artistic sensitivity guide the curation and design of each proposal, bringing coherence, depth, and a unique identity to every experience.

Francesc Benejam

Founder · Strategy and Experiences

More than five decades transforming relationships into memorable experiences. Francesc Benejam has dedicated his professional career to creating spaces of trust where culture, conversation, and emotions generate authentic connections between people.

Career Path

With 38 years in commercial banking and 12 years as a financial agent in private banking, he has developed deep expertise in managing high-level relationships and creating environments that foster trust and loyalty.

During this stage, he promoted and organized numerous cultural events and networking meetings linked to institutions and entities such as Women Evolution, FIDEM, Fundació Hospital Clínic, Fundació Avan, Nit Rotària, Reial Cercle Artístic de Barcelona, and the Fundació Catalana del Lupus. In 1998, he was a founding partner of Jazz Obert, the association that organizes the Menorca Jazz Festival.

Carlota Baldrís

Artistic Director · Composer

Composer and musical creator with a career marked by artistic exploration and the conviction that music can be a powerful tool for social transformation.

Career Path

Trained at the Conservatories of Tarragona and the Liceu Higher Conservatory of Music in Barcelona, Carlota Baldrís has developed a creative career that combines musical tradition with the exploration of new artistic languages.

Her work spans multiple formats and disciplines, from concert music to stage, audiovisual, and multimedia projects.
