Participants create high-end chocolate pieces inspired by the colors of exotic animals.
They paint molds with colored cocoa butter and craft bonbons and chocolate bars using select ingredients.

A practical and creative workshop to discover the art of chocolate and learn how to craft artisanal bonbons and bars.
